Strange video output on fresh installation
Posted by: EdB - 04-13-2018, 08:39 AM - Forum: SUPPORT - Replies (4)

I'm having some trouble getting started with retrorangepi on my Orange pi plus (1). I've followed these instructions ( http://orangepi.club/showthread.php?tid=2269 ) however I am on a windows machine, so used win32diskimager for putting the .img on my 16gb class 10 HC SD card. The monitor I'm using is an LG TV capable of 1920x1080 & 1280x720 video and my power supply is capable of 3a output.

when I start the pi the network lights start to flash, a green light appears on the board, however on screen I see the below image.

This image was taken using a capture card also capable of 1920x1080 & 1280x720 video and mirrors what I see on my TV.

I've gone through quite a few posts on this forum but cannot find anything related to this issue.
I must be doing something wrong here, anyone have any ideas?

How to get FS-UAE run ok
Posted by: FredTheRed - 04-10-2018, 06:02 AM - Forum: SUPPORT - Replies (4)

I am familiar with FS-UAE on PC, and likes it very much because of the "complete package" you get. I've been trying to get it to run OK on my Orange Pi Pc Plus, inspired by a clip I saw on youtube where FS-UAE seemed to go pretty smooth.
I contacted the person who posted the video, and was encouraged to make a post here for further assitance on how to make some optimalization.
I'm running a Orange PI Pc Plus, and the newest RetroOrangePi. I installed the FS-UAE through the RetropiSetup-script.
I have been trying to adjust the accuracy, and also some screen options which I implemented in the game config file (I found this tips on this forum), but this gives me nothing regards performance.

Can anybody help me out her? Smile

  Can't access machine menu LR-Vice
Posted by: djcasl - 04-06-2018, 02:28 PM - Forum: SUPPORT - Replies (9)

When running C64 games I can only access the keyboard and basic GUI. In Vice-X64 I can see the machine menu and setup 2 joysticks.
Can't do this from default LR-Vice or from Retromenu.

If I press F12, the C64 emu restarts.

Anyone got this working?

Thanks in Advance,

Hello, I have a problem with my cps2 games. I downloaded the launch screen and put it in the opt / retropie / config folder, but now my cps2 games do not start, cps1 and cps3 are normal. I noticed that only the ir-fbalpha has to choose, I remember that I had other cores,, how to solve this?
