USB Sound Card support in RetrOrangePi v4? - djcasl - 05-10-2018

Next to my Orange PI PC Plus I have a Pi Lite version.
Problem is it doest't have any sound.
Now I want to use it to build in a mini arcade, and I saw this:

It's running on OS:Armbian_5.35_Orangepilite_Ubuntu_xenial_default_3.4.113_desktop
This thing seems PnP but wil this work in RetrOrangePi v4?
Found one on AliExpress.

Yes, run the audio/video selector from RetrOrangePi submenu and choose USB audio

Its a dutch site, but these are usb speakers, they will work as well then? Easier to connect.

Pi lite does have sound but only through hdmi. If youre connecting it to a monitor without speakers, then one of possible workarounds is using a HDMI>VGA adapter with 3.5mm sound out port.
Usb sound card also works ofcourse, but this could be a good option depending on your setup/needs.
