Hello, Can i connect my orangepi plus 2 to laptop display without SSH or Lan via micro usb?want try to display pi desktop on my notebook cause my Ethernet card  is Broken.Thank you

I tried, but how i can display opi desktop on notebook with this?

This is only for terminal management. For viewing the desktop, you would need something like x11vnc (only X works, no framebuffer, no EmulationStation)

From terminal in a Desktop session, try:
sudo apt-get install x11vnc
x11vnc

instead of the IP, you will probably have to connect to COMx (COM5, COM6). Never tried if it will work like this. At least in PuTTY it does

what exactly are you trying to achieve?
