BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - DoctorKronos - 08-05-2018

Hi, background music has disappeared, this message shows when starts or shutdown, can someone help me to solve it? thanks!

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - alexkidd - 08-05-2018

Are you using USB roms?

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - DoctorKronos - 08-05-2018

No, roms are in the sd card

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - alexkidd - 08-05-2018

Probably something going on with your sd, it's 100% full??

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - DoctorKronos - 08-05-2018

there are about 100-200 free mb

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - alexkidd - 08-05-2018

File structure was probably messed when you copied your roms, try recreating RetrOrangePi path

ln -sf /home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu/RetrOrangePi /home/pi/
(Case sensitive)

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - DoctorKronos - 08-05-2018

I do not understand what do you exactly mean

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - alexkidd - 08-05-2018

Run that command from terminal (quit emulationstation)
Something you did probably messed up the folder
If you still don't understand, reflash the image again and copy your roms carefully

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - DoctorKronos - 08-06-2018

I starst retrorangepi, i quit emulationstation, i wrote ln -sf /home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu/RetrOrangePi /home/pi/ and i pressed enter, but when i eturn to es it shows the same error and has not background music :-(

RE: BACKGROUND MUSIC DISAPPEARS - alexkidd - 08-06-2018

Reflash the image

edit: alternative solution (from terminal)

cd
git clone -b slim https://github.com/retr0rangepi/RetrOrangePi /home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu/
ln -sf /home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu/RetrOrangePi /home/pi
sudo killall login

note: retr0rangepi has a zero, save the output or take a picture if you can
