*PI Version(s): Orange Pi One
Distro(s):: Retrorange Pi
I would like to know how I can change the video resolution of the games, using filters, etc., because the video quality that comes by default in Retroarch is bad. I would like to know if it is necessary to increase the video memory used and how can I do this. I am using an Orange Pi One. I saw in some forum that by default Retropie uses 64 Mb for the video. Thanks in advance.

from FAQ thread:
Q: Games look very pixelated. How to change?
A: You can edit general Retroarch config file
pluma /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg (in Desktop mode, open a terminal window)
Change video_smooth setting to 'true'
Existing filters were not made to Orange PI and dont work well
