pll_gpu is to set for the maximum clock of the gpu
576 original, the maximum clock is 576 this setting override all other settings
600 is the maximum for Mali400 i have tested over 600 and this make problems and fps drops
over 600 need more voltage! the problem is the clockgiver has a maximum from 1400 on OrangePi

thought It would go at 1.54Ghz, the governor is still at 1.30Ghz? Temp is at 49° with fan

Default Armbian speed is at 1.3ghz now
