We dont include addons, because they're usually not legal. Maybe not Youtube case, but since you're using an older Kodi version, latest addons might not work.
For now, all i can suggest is to revert to v4.2 so you can test it with 17.6 or install an older addon version from zip.

Search on google "urlresolver addon" that is the reason youtube and other addons of kodi do not work. 
On the fork of openellec at orangepi 4.1 this addon would be automatically installed.
