HDMI overscan
#1
Has anyone come up with a fix for this? I'm running v4.2 at 720p via HDMI, but under the 4.1 Changelog it states "New HDMI/Analog AV configuration tool + our overscan fix." How does one access these tools? I'm missing about 20-30 pixels on all 4 sides of the display; the Desktop is nearly unusable. I've tried playing with the screen settings on the tv itself, but this is at the best setting. I've read that the raspberry pi version has an overscan setting that adds a black border around the edges; is there anything similar for this? Thanks

Sorry, there isn’t
Only workaround we are aware is a HDMI VGA converter
Upcoming release (with mainline kernel) should fix this
